If you listen to anyone who has achieved great success and worked hard to have the life they truly desire they will all say the same thing: How you start your morning off plays a vital role in how successful the rest of your day will be. The more successful days you have, the more productive and successful weeks you will have. The more productive the weeks, the more successful the months. It’s like a domino effect. Until we decide to take action and start creating successful days, we will continue living the same life and have the same results over and over.
When we consciously decide to start our morning off right, we set in motion a sequence of actions and choices that further our advancement toward our goals.
So how can binaural beats help us start our morning off right?
Well stop for a moment and think about what your mornings consist of. For most people it’s usually rushing around trying to get ready, running late, getting the kids up and ready, eating breakfast, stressing out over what needs to get done, and a variation of routine actions that make us feel like zombies until about lunch time.
For each person it’s different but if you do not stop and spend some time contemplating how you would like your day to go then you are setting yourself up for playing a role in life instead of controlling the role in your life.
You will react to situations instead of controlling the situations.
Binaural beats can help us break this cycle.
It really doesn’t take that long to completely shift our perspective in the morning and thus set a new direction of where our day is going. Spending just a few minutes in the morning listening to binaural beats can have a dramatic affect on our consciousness.
Here I have created a Morning Meditation with Binaural Beats for all of you to enjoy. It’s only a few minutes long but it can be very powerful. While you are listening to this morning meditation just close your eyes and take big deep breaths. Try to stay completely relaxed and just focus on how you want your day to go. Do not focus on what needs to get done or what you have to do, but stay focused on how you want to feel throughout the day. We all have choirs and obligations but we all don’t have to face them in a stressful state.
